Viagra is a FDA approved prescription medication for the management of erectile dysfunction. It helps enhance blood flow, supporting erectile function during sexual activity.
Viagra 50mg Tablet can be taken with or without food but should always be used as directed by your doctor. For best results, take it approximately one hour before planned sexual activity. While the time it takes to work may vary from person to person, it usually starts acting within 30 minutes to an hour. This medicine works only when there is sexual stimulation. Do not exceed the recommended dose of one tablet in 24 hours.
Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine, as it can increase the likelihood of experiencing side effects such as dizziness or headache and may decrease the effectiveness of Viagra Tablet.
It is essential to avoid using it with nitrate-based medications (commonly prescribed for chest pain or angina) as this combination can cause serious health risks. Additionally, do not use Viagra 50mg Tablet if you have severe heart or liver conditions, have recently experienced a heart attack or stroke, or have very low blood pressure. Always inform your doctor about your medical history before starting this medication.
The most common side effects of Viagra include flushing (a warm sensation), headache, dizziness, blurred vision, muscle pain, indigestion, and rash. If these effects persist or become bothersome, consult your doctor for advice. They may adjust your dosage or suggest an alternative treatment. Patients are advised to seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts more than 4 hours, as priapism can cause permanent damage to the penis.

Drug maker Pfizer Inc. said in a news release Monday it has reached a deal with Valeant Pharmaceuticals to co-promote and sell the pink pill, which will be marketed as Addyi, a treatment for the disorder, but also for women.
The announcement comes as the FDA is investigating whether Valeant, which makes the pink pill, might be affected by the drug’s potential side effects.
The company, based in San Diego, said the decision comes as a response to an increase in demand for the pill, as well as the growing awareness of the disorder among women.
Pfizer said the drug is not expected to cause the increased demand. Its release also does not include data from a survey of more than 2.5 million patients, conducted by a U. S. health care professional.
Viagra and similar medications are prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction, or impotence, in men. Addyi is the first treatment for Addyi-related sexual side effects and has been shown to reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s, a condition in which the brain becomes overactive due to damage to neurons in the blood vessels supplying blood vessels in the brain.
The FDA said the pink pill is not expected to cause the increased demand.
In a statement, Pfizer said it is “committed to working closely with our patients to develop safer, more effective treatments for Addyi, as well as other medications that are intended for use in women, for which Viagra is the only FDA-approved medication.”
Pfizer said the company is also reviewing whether the FDA will approve Addyi for the treatment of other conditions, including female sexual dysfunction.
Addyi is not approved for use in women, the FDA said.
The drug has been associated with a small increased risk of stroke and heart attack, but the FDA has not yet determined whether the increased risk is related to the drug or to other factors. In the case of Viagra, the FDA said the increased risk is caused by the drug’s effect on blood flow to the penis.
A separate development has been under review by the FDA. The FDA said it is reviewing the potential increased risk of stroke and heart attack in patients taking Viagra, as well as other drugs that affect blood flow to the penis.
In a statement, Pfizer said its sexual health products are not expected to cause an increased risk of stroke and heart attack in patients taking Viagra, as well as other drugs that affect blood flow to the penis.
Pfizer is not releasing details on its decision to co-promote Addyi. The company did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.
The FDA said its review of Viagra and other drugs related to Addyi is continuing, but the review is not expected to take effect until Dec. 31, when the drug’s release is complete.

The FDA said it was assessing whether Viagra, a popular treatment for female sexual dysfunction, could cause sexual side effects in patients taking it.
The letter said the sexual side effects may include “anorgasmia, difficulty in achieving an erection, and ejaculation problems.”
“The sexual side effects reported in the patient reports may include: low libido, difficulty in achieving orgasm, and ejaculation problems,” the letter said, citing the FDA’s review.
The FDA said Pfizer said it has no plans to update its sexual health product information.

Hello everyone,
I've been dealing with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) for about a year now. It's been a roller coaster experience, as I've always struggled with it. My doctor recommended I try Viagra, but the side effects from my current medication have made it difficult to maintain my confidence.
I've read several reviews and read about my anxiety but haven't had a successful conversation with my doctor. I'm just now considering Viagra-related issues as an option, but I'm hoping this conversation will give me a chance to put my best foot down and start addressing the underlying causes. I really hope this helps.
My main concerns are sexual function, and anxiety.
I've read some negative feedback from users about it but didn't find a mention of ED. It's a medical condition that requires proper treatment. If I was taking anything else, I could have it treated but didn't feel that I needed to seek medical help.
The main issue is sexual side effects, not ED itself. I've seen a few forums where people report that the effects of ED are "relatively minor" and they don't affect me physically.
The other issue is anxiety. I've read reviews of some men who have been on Viagra for years, but haven't found any mention of this. I'll keep trying. If it helps, it would be good to see if I can discuss the options with my doctor.
I've had experiences with ED in the past but the main cause is psychological. I've had some mild ED issues but I've always seen some changes in my overall health. I just haven't been able to get back to normal levels.
It's been a frustrating journey and I'm hopeful that this conversation will give me the confidence I need to stay healthy and functional.
Thanks for the feedback,
Nick

Hello Nick,
Thanks again Nick!
Hi Nick,
I've had some sexual issues with both men and women, and I have had to take the medications they prescribe to address them. I had mild ED in the past and tried various ED medications before considering Viagra. I can't remember the last time I tried one of these.
I have also experienced sexual problems in the past. I was concerned about this and couldn't afford the medication. After speaking with a few friends about it, I decided to try it and see what the results would be. I'm still concerned about ED.
